Microgreens in Florida

I have noticed that there are plenty of places to find microgreens in Florida, but I don't think people realize the difference in just any old microgreens and the ones they grow at Love Land Farms in Ft. Pierce, Florida.

Microgreens are a super food. Studies show that these amazing little plants support the immune system, bone health and vision, and contain high concentrations of vitamins A, E, C and K. Everyone these days is trying harder to eat healthy.
